Control of temperature and measurement environment

Dataphysics offers a wide range of temperature and environmental control systems that operate in conjunction with the OCA instruments. These systems allows the measurement of all interfacial parameters, for the most diverse applications, at temperatures from -30…1800 °C and from high-vacuum to high-pressure atmosphere. Temperature, pressure, humidity, and other physical parameters can be acquired directly by the OCA instruments or with additional meters, directly connected to the PC.
High Speed video system

All OCA-instruments can be upgraded to include the high-speed option for 1/2"-USB-cameras UpUSB52H (maximum sample rate: 146 images/s) or 1/3"-USB-cameras UpUSB87H (maximum sample rate: 311 images/s), and the high-speed video system UpOCAH (maximum sample rate: 1000 images/s). In addition for the OCA 20, OCA 30, OCA 35 and OCA 40 Micro, and all their variants can be upgraded to the high-speed video system UpHSC 2000 (maximum sample rate: 2200 images/s).
Liquid dosing options

The most often varied accessories, employed to vary a basic instrument configuration, are electronic syringe units in combination with single or multiple dosing units.
Sample positioning and holding units

The OCA range of accessories includes several sample positioning and securing units. In the unlikely event that we cannot identify a unit that will readily address your application, we should be able to adapt a device to facilitate your special requirements.
SCA Software Modules for OCA

The SCA software, like the instrumentation range it supports, is designed in a modular format. Whether you choose the budget-priced OCA 15EC or the fully automated, contact angle and contour analysis instrument for microstructures, OCA 40 Micro these software modules are applicable. Supporting all video systems from the standard 52 images/s sample rate up to high-speed video systems with 2200 images/s sample rate.
Special accesories for OCA

In close cooperation with customers, research institutes, and universities we have developed a wide range of special-purpose extensions to the OCA instrument range, to broaden the range of surface chemistry applications in laboratory and process applications.
