Temperature control units for DCAT

Each of the temperature control units, available to the DCAT tensiometers, are easy to install and are available for different sample vessel sizes and temperature ranges.

TV 50 / 70 / 100
Liquid temperature control unit with a built-in Pt 100 temperature measuring sensor. For temperature range of -10 to 130 °C, controlled by an external liquid circulator.

TV 70NM
Non-magnetic (hard gold-plated brass) liquid temperature control unit, including a micro-electronic stirrer (Super flat removable magnetic stirrer without any motor), sealed and chemical resistant and a built-in Pt 100 temperature measuring sensor. For temperature range of -10 to 130 °C, controlled by an external liquid circulator.

TEC 250/DCAT
Electrical temperature control unit to use with the dynamic contact angle measuring device/tensiometer DCAT 21.
For measurements at temperatures up to 250 °C under protective atmosphere, e.g. for measuring of resins, hot melt adhesives and solder.
Manual or software controlled temperature setting over temperature controller TC 250.
Diameter of sample container: 50 mm
