NEURTEK (NEURTEK S.L. and NEURTEK SERVICES S.L.U.) complies with the requirements established by Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, as well as the GDPR of April 27, 2016, on the Protection of Personal Data, and for this purpose has created the following Legal Notice:

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In general, the relationship between NEURTEK and users of its telematic services available on the Website is subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.

The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply and submit expressly to the Courts and Tribunals of Eibar to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.

The User is informed and accepts that access to this Website does not, in any way, imply the start of a commercial relationship with NEURTEK.

The Website owner does not identify with the opinions expressed therein by its collaborators. SECURITY MEASURES / DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

NEURTEK has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data and strives to install additional technical means and measures within its reach to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the Personal Data provided.

In such cases, NEURTEK will immediately notify the client of the request unless prohibited, allowing the client to take appropriate legal measures. Only the information strictly required by the relevant authority will be disclosed.

NEURTEK undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality and to implement the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or processing of personal data. The highest security standards required by applicable legislation are applied.
