Quality Policy

Given an increasingly competitive market environment and the need to provide our customers with agile, imaginative and high-quality solutions, NEURTEK considers quality to be a fundamental factor in its competitiveness and adopts the following guidelines as its QUALITY POLICY:

  • Quality must be understood as the performance of swift, effective and error-free work by each and every member of the organisation.
  • Customer satisfaction is a fundamental principle for the Company’s survival, whilst also taking into account the needs and expectations of other relevant stakeholders, such as employees and suppliers.
  • The Company will promote mutually beneficial collaborative relationships with its suppliers, ensuring that the products and services supplied meet the established requirements and contribute to the final quality.
  • The quality system must comply with the requirements of the Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: REQUIREMENTS” and UNE EN ISO 17025 “GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPETENCE OF TESTING AND CALIBRATION LABORATORIES”, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • The calibration laboratory must steer the Company towards excellence, and the Company’s management is committed to the continuous training of its staff so that GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) becomes the laboratory’s hallmark and calibrations are carried out to a high standard of quality and reliability, in line with the requirements of our customers.
  • The quality objectives will include specific targets for the calibration laboratory, which will be reviewed periodically during Quality System Reviews.
  • The Company’s Quality System will ensure and facilitate present and future profitability, generating the necessary financial resources to enable development and the maintenance of employment.
  • Continuous improvement of quality is an ongoing and progressive process towards total quality and excellence in work, which encompasses the activities of all departments and must be known and understood by all levels of NEURTEK.
  • Certification is not an end in itself, but a necessity and an intermediate goal towards total quality according to the EFQM model.
