Pull / Push Adhesion, Electronic Adhesion Tester KN-10

The KN-10 electronic tester is a precision instrument designed to measure the adhesion strength of paints, coatings, and construction materials to their substrates. Using the pull-off method, it determines the exact force needed to detach a dolly bonded to the surface.

Part of the NEURTEK adhesion testers range, the KN-10 is suitable for both lab environments and on-site applications where reliable and standardized results are essential.

How does the pull-off adhesion test work?

  1. A test dolly is bonded to the surface to be evaluated.

  2. A circular cut isolates the dolly from the surrounding coating.

  3. The instrument is placed over the dolly.

  4. The user turns a wheel to apply increasing traction.

  5. When the coating detaches, the digital display on the KN-10 shows the exact pull-off force at the moment of failure.

  • KN-10 Construction (ref. 0302700): Designed for testing construction materials per UNE EN 1015-12. Optional: paint testing set.
