NEURTEK started its activity in 1979 and specialised in providing equipment and technical solutions for quality control and R&R&I, amongst which it is worth highlighting automotive, aerospace, linings, research centres and many more.

NEURTEK is also a Calibration Laboratory accredited by ENAC according to UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 (Accreditation No. 117/LC10.084) and a Certified Company according to ISO 9001:2000.

Precision Grindometer

This instrument is used to determine the degree of fineness of grinding of paints. It is also used in the food industry (e.g. chocolate) and pharmaceutical (creams).

Pfund Thickness Gauge

This instrument consists of two concentric cylinders, one sliding inside the other. A spherical glass lens is fitted to the end of the central cylinder and when pressed into the wet film it leaves a trace. The diameter of this mark varies depending on the thickness of the coating, which can easily be assessed from the conversion table supplied with the instrument. • Ideal for measuring the thickness of translucent products (varnish, oils etc.) • Measurement range of 2.25 - 360µm (0.09 - 14.17mils)

Hand-Held Enamel Impact Tester

Conical Mandrel Bend Tester

ATX Automatic Applicator

NEURTEK´s ATX automatic equipment ensures linear motion and application of the film with repetitive and high quality results, thus avoiding variable factors.

Wire bar coaters

These bars are ideal for applying inks and coatings onto flexible materials like paper, card, textiles, leather, and more with uniform precision.

Quadrangular Applicator

Paint spreader of constant coat thickness. Can be supplied in 6 standard versions, each with four groove depths or coat thicknesses. Standard effective width is 60mm, but special widths and micrometric thicknesses will be manufactured to order.

Baker Universal Applicator

Film applicator with variable height adjustable through and eccentric and graduated drum. Coat thickness adjustable from 0 to 250 microns.

Opacity Chart

Opacity Chart refers to charts on which the test pattern is a simple combination of black and white areas, large enough for wide aperture reflectance instruments, as well as for visual opacity and color observations. Leneta opacity charts comply with all test methods specifying charts of such design.
